Micklethwait Craft Meats

Micklethwait Craft Meats is one of the best BBQ joints in Austin, Texas. This food truck on the east side is just down 11th street from Franklin's BBQ. Open from 11am to 6pm (or until sold out)...if you arrive 30 minutes early you are sure to be one of the first in line, but the parking lot only holds about 10 cars so you will want to carpool or make sure to get there before it opens.
